Thomas has spent nearly two decades studying, working, and building relationships across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and Southeast Asia; advising firms across cybersecurity, fintech, and dual-use technology on international growth, hybrid risk management and strategic partnerships.
He holds an MA in Cyber Politics and Government from Tel Aviv University (Magna Cum Laude) and a BA in Modern China Studies from the University of Hong Kong (First Class Honours). He is a dual citizen of the UK and France (EU) and works in English, Mandarin, Japanese, and French.
He has counselled companies from Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Indo-Pacific, alongside government agencies, think tanks, and industry associations.
